Shipping

As our products are made to order please allow 5-7 business days for print, frame installation and packing of your order. Shipping takes a further 1-3 business days.

Once an order has been placed we are unable to refund or exchanges due to the custom made nature of tour product.
  • Standard Domestic Australia - Dispatched from Sydney from $9.99 - $34.99 depending on your purchase weight/amount. This will be calculated at checkout.

  • Standard shipping takes on average 1-3 business days, with some states (WA, SA, NT) taking from 3-5 business days. 

  • Once your order has been shipped, your shipped parcel cannot be cancelled.

  • Once your order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. Any errors in the delivery address, attempt of re-delivery will be at the cost of the customer. (eg. the customer entering the incorrect delivery address). 

  • After your artwork has been dispatched, the shipping fee is not refundable as shipping is completed by a third party courier. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.

 

STOLEN - LOST - TAMPERED MAIL

Arty Bub takes no responsibility for lost or stolen mail once it has left our hands. Once it has left our hands it is the responsibility of the third party to complete their duty of service of safely delivering your item. If you receive a package which looks like it has been tampered with or stolen, please lodge a ‘stolen goods’ report with your local law enforcement or contact us to discuss.

This is completely out of our hands. However in the event this does happen please let us know via email to hello@artybub.com and we can supply proof to shipment to your local law enforcement. We will also lodge a report to the courier provider.

  

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We are a ‘made-to-order’ product, meaning your artwork begins production as soon as you have paid and placed your order. Your order isn’t pre-made, its made after you place your order. Hence due to the nature of our product, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind (as your order is already underway specifically for you). We will not accept cancellations after you have placed your order. We take no responsibility for your change of mind of our artworks. Please ensure once you place your order you are happy with your choice as by placing your order you are hereby agreeing to these terms.

 

DAMAGES BY THIRD PARTY

We must be notified in writing email to hello@artybub.com within 48 hours of goods received about the damaged goods. Any notification later than this will result in a void claim. We take any damages made seriously.

We guarantee your product will dispatch our warehouse in perfect condition as each individual item is checked over for damages and cleaned before dispatched.

If there are damages upon receipt of your goods this is from ‘Third Party’ courier damage and/or damage made during shipping process to your address. This is ‘Third-Party’ damages and completely out of the control of Arty Bub. We cannot physically monitor each individual parcel once out of our hands however we expect the courier to fulfil their job by safely delivery the parcel to you. We take no responsibility for these damages, however we do our best to reiterate with our couriers the importance of delicate handling of our shipped goods.

If your item/s are damages we will take your complaint into consideration strictly pending the expected requirements below;

    • Contact us immediately. We will assess and discuss the issue.

    • Proof of damages sustained to the external packaging (the box, tube or card envelope) and the physical artwork/print/frame by means of photographs to hello@artybub.com within 48 hours of goods received. After this time has lapsed, Arty Bub has the right to take no responsibility for replacement of the product/products.

Any damages caused by the courier or shipment company is completely out of our hands however we will endeavour to help you and correct the issue as best we can.

 

DAMAGES MADE BY YOU

Open your parcel immediately after receipt.

  • Please ensure you open your package with care as Arty Bub takes no responsibility for any damages caused during the opening of your product. Be careful if using blade, scissors, tearing open the rigid mailer, tube or boxes as Arty Bub takes no responsibility for damages made to your product during this time.

  • Customers are responsible for all returns costs.

  • Damages can be identified by Arty Bub if done by the courier or done by ‘you’ the customer.

 

IMAGE QUALITY

Images of products on our website are intended as a guide and the actual product size may differ slightly in some respects.

To ensure you are satisfied with the image quality please look closely by zooming in on the image you intend to purchase before purchasing as we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind due to the image quality. We pride ourselves on our image quality which we know is of high industry standard. We are not a mass produced, imported product. We are a boutique, Australian made product, who pride ourselves on image quality compared to the mass produced imported products.

  • Please ensure you are happy with the print quality prior to purchasing. We recommend you zoom in on the image to satisfy your image quality needs.

  • Please check the individual product information for details about the print quality and if “intended blurred areas” of the print are a design feature, not a fault.

Before clicking the ‘purchase’ button, you should check that your order summary is correct. You should print/save or retain your email confirmation in case you need to contact us about your order.
